My 2019 Santa FE had a transmission shifting issue that was intermittent. Repair was completed. It took four visits to find the cause. A rental vehicle was provided at no charge. After emailing my sales rep several times for questions on my Genesis with no reply with in a 10 dayish span, I decided just to call for my service as the Genesis app no longer works. I called to schedule on my Genesis with no reply with in a 10 dayish span, I decided just to call for my service as the Genesis app no longer works. I called to schedule my service with concierge service and was told there were no rentals available for my oil change. A determining factor in buying the Genesis was the concierge service that included a rental car during service/maintenance. The service department no called/no showed my 11 appt. When I called at 1130 they said they didn't have my address. So I asked, "so they were just going to not show?" To which the reply was, "yes" she said she would see if they could get me in still, which they did, but was told they would probably have to keep my car overnight (remember no rental) this is after I've rescheduled my work schedule to start after my 11 pick up, which would now be after 1, using the car my husband borrowed from his work for the day. You can imagine my surprise when they came to pick up my car in a rental! I was also told during all the haggling to get my car in that a manager was going to call me, that never happened. It was a poop show. If it wasn't free I wouldn't return. Next time I buy I will not go with Genesis. More
