I’m really disgusted by the condition in which I received my car back. It immediately smelled terrible and musty. Was super dirty, specifically in the drivers seat. It’s as if whoever worked on it wiped their grime all over while getting in and out. They even left dirty paper towels in the side door pocket. I’ve been scrubbing to get rid of the dirt/grime and smell. The plastic siding is popping off the drivers seat control panel. So someone just really man handled my seat. There was a foggy film across the full inside wind shield. Whoever test drove had to have noticed. I’m afraid you’ve lost me as a customer from the last two visits but I would like you to make things right by please fixing the drivers seat and completing an interior clean. I’m a very clean person and this car only had one (seemingly very clean) owner previously. Now it doesn’t even feel like my car, it’s like it’s been defiled. Unfortunate situation and I wish the engine never failed to have it come to this point. I didn't take pictures of the dirt grime but here's the loose panel (inserted picture with the note but not here). —Also, I’d like to add that they tried to add a break repair of $700+ and mentioned rust but considering how bad it smelled I’m sure it was just rusting out in the parking lot while waiting a month+ for a new engine. And lastly, after my other previous visit of a shocking $1,000 in repairs (instead of the $50 oil change I was expecting) half of which was labor… not coming back. Thanks, Rachel. More

My problem with the car not shifting smoothly didn’t get fixed - nothing was found wrong on test drive. Maybe this car just isn’t a great drive?? I like everything else about my car except how it drives. 🙄 More
