I usually go to this dealer for work done and am always satisfied except that this time the Technician failed on his brake analysis, alignment and availability of l/f inner axle shaft and r/f outer axle sh satisfied except that this time the Technician failed on his brake analysis, alignment and availability of l/f inner axle shaft and r/f outer axle shaft. I had this work shortly done properly at Eliot Park Auto Service near my house. For these reasons I have to downgrade my rating. I don't have any problem with Service Dept. staff, only with some of the maintenance work done on the car. More

Brought our 2017 Santa Fe sport in for a goofy gas gauge that was stuck on full. What was initially thought to be a relative simple fix turned into a 5-day fiasco for the service people. Nancy provided me that was stuck on full. What was initially thought to be a relative simple fix turned into a 5-day fiasco for the service people. Nancy provided me with a fee free courtesy car that was a big help during those 5 days. (I am retired and my wife and I down to the Santa Fe for our transportation.) The gesture was much appreciated. I should have known not to work with another luther location. Their communication between the glass/collision and the dealership was horrible, on the phone and in person. Showing up, i was directed back and forth. They didnt know what they billed me, then refunded me and then asked for the refund back, as they had a miscommunication between the glass/collision area. I talked to multiple workers at this location and they either told me different things or they were confused and tried to transfer me to a different rep. The person who gave the most clarity was actually a customer rep on an 800 line. More
