They were horrible and had a short disposition with me never offered a courtesy car and had my vehicle for 7weeks I had to call for updates no one reached out ever and once I asked for a courtesy vehicle never offered a courtesy car and had my vehicle for 7weeks I had to call for updates no one reached out ever and once I asked for a courtesy vehicle all of sudden my car was fixed they are the worse. I have used this dealership since 2016. Until last year service was excellent. Since 2021 the quality has fallen down. The advisor was great. The repairs were the issue.I needed the engine replaced. My car sat on the lot for four months before the parts came. It took several weeks before I.got a loaner. This year the alternator went out. You replaced it. The idle remained rough after another visit. Finally you figured out the replacement was defective and replaced that. I have confidence that you can turn this around. More
