I was in for a 22,000 mile maintenance. Included was a cabin air filter replacement. While driving home, a very noticeable whistle was evident. I thought that perhaps there was a gasket that needed to seat. Drove all the way home and the cabin is still whistling. Knowing that the fter is easy to change and clearly described in the owner's manual, I lowered the glove box and found that the filter was in upside down and backwards a d deformed on one side. Oddly enough, when the filter is put in as the printing on the filter says, the whistle disappeared. This is a very simple procedure. People expect the dealer to provide a knowledgeable level of service on the product they sell. Why would I trust them to do something more complicated? More
