I’m quite old and have bought a lot of new trucks. (All Chevrolet) Two small things I think you could improve on. First the truck was not very clean on the outside when I bought it. I think they maybe ran it through a car wash but I spent about two hours cleaning it up the next day before I would show it to anyone. Second I would think as a common curtesy of buying a 70,000.00 dollar vehicle that you would fill the fuel tank up. Little things that kind of make the end of the purchase feel like get your truck and get out of here. More
