From the time we arrived at the dealership the customer service was excellent. The salesman Heath met us when we arrived, was great to work with, answered all of our questions, walked us through the purch service was excellent. Roni was very timely in emailing me after my online request. We were able to set up a test drive and discussed same day purchase. He assured me they take trade ins and went through the KBB details with request. We were able to set up a test drive and discussed same day purchase. He assured me they take trade ins and went through the KBB details with me. If you do your own KBB prior to coming in, be prepared to use the instant cash number. They do not use the trade in value range. I chose to finance through my credit union and was assured I could still drive home my new used car. Then I sat down with Al. He helped me walk through the finance numbers. He said I would not be able to go home with my new vehicle as they ‘do not work with my bank' Because it was late Saturday afternoon, I would have to wait until my bank opens on Monday. So, even though I was not set on going home with a new vehicle that day, I was told I could then told I could not. Be prepared with your financing if you wish to leave the lot with your new vehicle. I’m hoping things will go smoothly once I’ve contacted my bank. I am a bit disappointed that I was assured I could bring my new vehicle home but hope it was just an honest mistake and not a ploy to get my sale on this 1st time dealership visitor. More
