My experience in buying my car was great. Ray was very patient with me as I wasn't sure whether to go with the Jeep or the Toyota Rav 4. He convinced me to go with the Jeep. Your service is terrible. 2 times I had an appointment for oil change and it took 2 1/2 hrs once and 3 hours the second time. For 3 years I thought the buy out for my car was $13760 but it turned out to for oil change and it took 2 1/2 hrs once and 3 hours the second time. For 3 years I thought the buy out for my car was $13760 but it turned out to be $17343. I went in for a "fob" problem and it was never a concern for your dealership. I called Waconia Jeep and was walked through putting a new $2 battery in. Why wasn't it done by your dealership? Also, Buffalo Jeep has a 2020 Red/Black trailhawk for $24000+. I bought my car out 8/26/20 US Bank took out the 9/1/20 payment. As of 9/14/20 they have not received your check!! I have nothing good to report! More

They process was fast and easy. I was practically in and out. Kendra was a rock star. I loved working with her. I did majority of the research myself but she helped closed the deal. Only thing that could have been better was the detailer guy , he was super sweet and fun to work with but i don’t think he address all my concerns with I talked to him, and the follow up on the service was a bit worrisome.
