I don't think I'd ever give any dealership 5 stars.... So 4 stars should tell potential customers that my experience was better than tmmany other dealerships. In fact, I had a one star experience at the dealer I visited just before Luther. So... I just don't like the whole car buying experience.... I used to sell trucks at a dealer and I didn't like that side of the experience either. Anyway.... In felt I was treated fairly and maybe...just maybe even a bit better than fair. I left happy and that is the goal for both sides of the transaction. I will certainly check out Luther again when I am in the market for another vehicle. More

Claudio (sales) and Matt (finance) were absolutely wonderful. Claudio was respectful, efficient, and gave me the space to look at the cars I wanted to see while also providing me all of the informatio wonderful. The service was excellent from Heath! He was straightforward and transparent. The front desk could do with customer service training. We came in and the lack of assistance and follow up caus straightforward and transparent. The front desk could do with customer service training. We came in and the lack of assistance and follow up caused us to wait an additional 30 minutes unnecessarily. We were there late on a Wednesday and everyone was extremely patient and helpful. I will say the finance manager (forgot his name) spoke WAY too fast, didn’t walk though the details of our offer on paper, made assumptions that would cause us to pay for things we didn’t want. Due to that we walked out of there without the car on the first night. The next day we did our own finance research and called back to workout the deal. At that point we worked with a different finance manager and had a completely different and easy experience. One more thing in closing. We waited another 20 minutes longer just to take the car home. The car wasn’t prepared to leave, lacked gas and a good scrub of the exterior. My advice there, get the car prepared ahead of time. Overall, we had a great experience and I got a car I love for an affordable and fair price. More

We started off talking to Jaime; however, she was off they day we were available, so she had Roni help us out. Even though Jaime was off, she helped me figure out what cars were available after hours and they day we were available, so she had Roni help us out. Even though Jaime was off, she helped me figure out what cars were available after hours and on her day off! She was an amazing help! Roni then met us at the dealership and had a car ready to go! We didn’t have to wait long at all. Roni then got us another car to look at, which was the one we ended up buying. The customer service and care from Jaime and Roni was above and beyond. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated better at a dealership. Luther will be my go to dealership in the future! Also, Al is great! So nice and accommodating. He also sold me (or my wife) on an extended warranty; which I swore I wouldn’t get, but he did a great job in explaining all the benefits that come with it. Thanks Al! More
