Days of waiting, poor response times, and missleading. The first day I came in to purchase the vehicle I was their for 5 hours (4 pm - 9 pm) and then almost 4 hours the following day. Many times the sales rep just walked away for 30-40 minutes at a time with no communication. Very disruptive and misleading information about getting a second key and other programs. Sold us a van with a bad battery that was said to be checked with the certification. Failed to respond to voice mails or help with the situation in a timely and understanding manner. Other then the battery, it's a good vehicle, but I'm not looking forward to dealing with the sharp tones and lazy attitude of some of the Luther staff going forward! More

He went through every feature and made sure I had everything setup correctly before I walked out the door. Also, Jamerson has always answered my many questions after purchasing a vehicle.
