I was introduced to "JC Jaime and let her know what I was interested in. She brought up two that were close to what I wanted. I never felt pressured to make a purchase or buy any "add-ons." I never felt hurried, or was left waiting unnecessarily while she brought up vehicles I wanted to see. I asked about one that was listed on their website and was told it was in transit. She checked on it's estimated arrival and found it had actually arrived, so she brought it around and it was my dream van with more than I had hoped for in the price range I was prepared for. I picked it up a couple of days later and am thrilled with my purchase and experience. JC was VERY thorough (and patient) in explaining all the technical features.
