Oil change and tire rotation in less than an hour w/o appt. I came in early, 06:50 CT on a Saturday for an oil change. I had called on Friday to confirm no appt. was necessary for an oil change. When I checked in I agreed I needed a tire rotation as well. All work was done in less than an hour. That is what I was hoping for, so all good. Oh, and the car wash always helps. My receipt states that Aaron Deville was my advisor. If that is indeed who checked me in, it wasn't my first time meeting Aaron. He pulls no punches, is straight forward, seemingly honest, and really seems to really know vehicle maintenance and what to expect with your visit. I like his approach. More

NEVER EVER should it take 4 + Months to solve a small problem. If your vendors are so lean on Just in time manufacturing - this is the result. I'm glad my problem was not a disabling problem.
