The best thing about this transaction is that I don't have to do it again for awhile, and when I do, hopefully Matt will be there again. The accessories manager, Mike O’Halloran was also very helpful in ordering the extras i wanted and setting up the appointment. This is my 2nd truck from this dealership and I would definitely buy from them again.....hopefully I won't have to for awhile. More

Great Listener It was time to retire my 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix with 219,000 miles. I had a short list of requirements for my new car: Sedan, V6, reliable, and somet It was time to retire my 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix with 219,000 miles. I had a short list of requirements for my new car: Sedan, V6, reliable, and something I could afford. Beyond that, bells and whistles were at my choosing. Luther dealerships have always been good to me from presenting the best cars, wide selection of vehicles, to service to meet my needs. Randy Danielson was the Sales Consultant who worked with me. I explained what I was looking for and what I needed, and he listened to every detail. We test drove a Chrysler 300S and chit chatted along the way. I liked the car, but I wanted to do some more looking. Randy followed up with a phone call and we talked about cars I looked at and cars He had available. Throughout this whole time Randy remembered what was important to me and said that he had another Chrysler 300S that I might be interested in. As it turned out, it was the car for me (and it had sunroof). We set up a time the next day, on his day off, to test drive and do paperwork. Thank you I had to bring in my Caravan for some warranty work this past week. I emailed my go to service rep (Nicole) and she got me all setup in no time at al I had to bring in my Caravan for some warranty work this past week. I emailed my go to service rep (Nicole) and she got me all setup in no time at all with an appt and loaner car. I was dealing with a transmission issue and a fan issue. Both issues were addressed and I am now satisfied. Throughout the process Nicole and Dave kept in touch with me ensuring I knew what was going on. I can be very meticulous about many things but that did not bother either of them. You should be proud to have an employee like Nicole working for your team. She has a great attitude and always listens to what I have to say. I have always trusted everything she's told me in regards to me vehicles when they are in for service. She is the type of person that goes the extra mile to make a customer happy. I really enjoy working with Nicole when I have service issues. Please take the time and recognize what a wonderful job Nicole does on a day to day basis as a service assistant and employee of the Luther family. A person with her skill sets is rare in the service industry these days...especially the automotive service industry. Keep up the great work Nicole, you are awesome at what you do. Plesent Good Experience Very happy with my JEEP! I was looking for a Commander so I put my name on an email list! Got the 4:30am Called and spoke to Justin when they opened a Very happy with my JEEP! I was looking for a Commander so I put my name on an email list! Got the 4:30am Called and spoke to Justin when they opened and came in to see the Jeep! AMAZING! It was at the least 8k above my budget so I was VERY worried because the JEEP was everything I wanted! Keith worked his tail off to help me get the loan AND get the loan close to what I can afford! When I say WORK? I mean Work!!! Justin was very cool I like the fact he felt comfortable enough with me to talk family while Keith was working his Magic. Justin is VERY knowledgable about the vehicle. Set EVERYTHING up for me and explained everything so that I can understand. I was a little disappointed about the interactions after I bought the vehicle I had questions about the mileage. It's a V8 so I expect not so great milage but more than 179miles on a full tank. The JEEP was reading I was getting 10 miles a gallon. At times it reads single digits.8-9 miles a gallon then out the blue it reads 11 then goes back down. I was told it was my driving habits and or the aftermarket exhaust. The inspection from the dealership I was miss quoted on how many miles I get on a full tank. They were WONDERFUL but I was miss quoted! They wrote More miles than I actually get on a full tank so it seemed I was concerned for nothing. Felt like my concerns didnt matter. I STILL feel something is wrong..spark plugs? I dont know. Just gave up after a couple times calling and getting the same response. I was hoping to hear, "Hey bring it in... let's see whats going on" Still give 4 of 5 stars. Because of these guys I have my dream car! More
