While looking at cars on the lot, a service person named Roger spotted me and asked if I needed help. He called a salesperson, C.J. Robinson, who came out and helped me with my selection. There was no pressure to push me toward purchasing a different vehicle than the one I sought, and he had me in my vehicle in a very short time. The finance officer was excellent, any staff members I encountered were friendly and welcoming, and the entire experience was the best I have had in over 40 years of buying cars. More

In addition, they never placed any pressure for us to buy. We knew what we wanted and they supported that the entire time. The sales representative stayed in contact with us and would present us with new options when they came available. We were thrilled to get his text with the perfect vehicle for us. They even drove out of state to find the right car for us. They knew we were working with multiple dealers and worked efficiently to find us the car we wanted. When it was time to trade in they presented multiple options and gave us exactly what we wanted. Financing was amazing (beat our credit union!),and no pressure to add multiple warranties and unnecessary add-ones. We had questions and requests after the sale and they responded immediately. They Listen and They Deliver I had been to two other Jeep dealerships before I walked into Luther Brookdale Chrysler Jeep Dodge today. I was met by a friendly receptionist. Out came Victor Wiley. I told Victor exactly what I was looking for. He actually listened! I told him where I needed to be with payment, he listened! I told him I had to go back to work but if he could make the numbers work I would be back this evening. A few hours later he called and delivered! Not only did Victor go above and beyond my expectations, but he did it in such a professional manner that I will continue to refer business to him going forward. What stood out most was the little things that he did. When I came back to buy the Jeep, the Jeep was inside washed up, filled with gas and had a couple balloons attached to the antenna. My kids thought that was great! When we were getting in the Jeep to leave, Victor came over and paired our phones and went through all the different features of the car. In all my years of buying cars, no salesperson has ever done this. I am very loyal and Victor actually won my business from another Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership that I had previously leased my last two vehicles with. I can't say enough good things about the way he took care of business. It really made the process of purchasing a car fun which is something I didn't think was possible! More

The best truck buying experience I have ever had! HANDS DOWN I stopped into Brookdale Dodge Jeep and met Heath Zimmerman. I told him I didn't want to spend a lot of time messing around, wasting my day. They gave I stopped into Brookdale Dodge Jeep and met Heath Zimmerman. I went to 3 other dealers and spent hours and didn't get close to Brookdales price. I said I will take it! I gave him my credit info and told him that I would come in the next day and sign papers. The next morning Heath called me and ask when I would like to come in, I said around noon and that I would call when I was on my way. Well I forgot to call and when I pulled up I saw the truck parked up front and washed and clean. I went in and talked to Heath for a minute and than the sales manager came an asked if I needed anything and said right this way. He let me to the man"s office and the man ( forgot his name) was very nice, he said come in and sit down, We took care of all the paperwork and he called Heath to the sales floor. Heath went over somethings and set up my phone so that I could receive and make call hands free and off I went. They all were very nice people that worked there. This is the first time that I have been to Brookdale Dodge but I will be back when I need another vehicle. I think I was there for a total on both days for an hour or so. I loved that! I hate spending all day at a dealership. The next day I received a call from Heath asking me if everything was okay, He told me that someone will call me when my license plates were in.
