He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable; a great sales guy to work with. I was debating between two models, one with more cool features for more money (obviously) and another that was closer to the price range I'd had in mind when I came in. Heath helped me compare the features' pros and cons, and I eventually decided on the slightly upgraded model - but there was no high pressure sales involved. The decision was entirely my own, because once I see the cool features I usually sell myself! I hadn't even planned on getting a new car just yet - was just crunching numbers to see what I could afford, but Heath made it a no-brainer for me. I got a good deal on my trade-in, and got a brand new car for a great payment. I have not bought or leased a car since Saturn went out of business, and I always loved their ways of dealing with customers. But I must say that this Luther dealership impressed me in the many of the same ways - from start to finish, a respectful, no-pressure sales process. The finance guy, Tim Miller, was great as well - got me through the grueling paperwork and signing phase quickly and efficiently. Mike O'Halloran was exceptional throughout the time, I always felt he was attendent in all aspects, from knowledge of product(no b.s.ing), trade evalutaions, and finacing phases, I never felt "passed off to the next guy", and he made sure to personally conduct the paperwork or stay with at all times. The overall deal was completely fair and I think everyone was happy. Some times its in the "air" or "je ne sais quoi" about a dealerpship that just make "it" feel right.... they've got it!! in dealing with over 20 dealerships in the Twin cities area, that is a very rare quality, so Bravo Zulu!! and Thank You!! Service Dept I took my truck in for an oil change and a new power steering hose. Of all the service depts i have ever been to, this one had the one huge thing goin I took my truck in for an oil change and a new power steering hose.
