Recent Oil Change I had my oil changed on my Chrysler Town and Country and they did a quick job of it and washed my car as well. Willing to help, and fix the problem. I was at Brookdale Dodge today to have my 3rd brake light replaced. I was in there two months ago for the same thing, so I was a little upset to have I was at Brookdale Dodge today to have my 3rd brake light replaced. I was in there two months ago for the same thing, so I was a little upset to have to go back. That being said, when I called in I talked to the service manager that was very willing to help and get the problem taKen care of. Sure enough, I went up there after work, John in service was able to get me in right away, and I was out the door in a matter of 20 minutes with a new light assembly. Great job! More

Disappointed! In October I purchased a new 2014 ecoDiesel Ram 1500. In January - less than 4000 miles on the vehicle I needed service: Check engine light went on, In October I purchased a new 2014 ecoDiesel Ram 1500. In January - less than 4000 miles on the vehicle I needed service: Check engine light went on, vehicle woudn't heat properly, and some aftermarket installation they did wasn't working properly. I was told I had to wait for almost a week to get in - which is ridiculous when the vehicle wasn't heating properly. I asked for a loaner while they did warranty service and was told i Had to PAY $35 to RENT a vehicle? Not pleased at all - why should I have to pay? The vehcile wouldn't even need to be there in the first place if their product worked as it should - not to mention the dealer install aftermarket wasn't working properly. I am not recommending this place to anyone and will definitely be going elsewhere in the future. Should have stayed at WALSER. Too bad the survey is already turned in that they PRESSURE you to give high scores. Don't believe all the reviews with praise - it's BS! More

The car had a check engine light the day after we got it, and they immediately took it in under the 30 day warranty and fixed with no charge. They went out of their way to get financing stuff handled with our credit union, and Tim offered up great advice on GAP coverage which saved us money. All around great experience. More
