Just completed a complicated Dance with Luther Brookdale Chrysler. The vehicle I purchased was not inspected adequately before it was offered for re-sale. I discovered several expensive defects after owning Chrysler. The vehicle I purchased was not inspected adequately before it was offered for re-sale. I discovered several expensive defects after owning the vehicle for approximately a week. When I notified Luther Brookdale of the defects they immediately set up a time & date for me to bring the vehicle in for repair at their expense. They also provided me with a loaner vehicle at no charge. Could not be more satisfied with the response I received to my complaint. More

David did a good job in finding the right truck for us. The financing person was very helpful in getting us the awesome rate and making the transaction work. There were some charges above what we were told and they were not corrected. Were told after that they would be refunded but have not heard a word back and have not seen this. We also paid to have the truck detailed with ceramic coating and interior and other misc items sealed. At this point we are not happy with how this process went and feel like maybe it was not the best thing to do. Have sent several emails to the sales rep David with no response. (used email on business cards) Overall we like the truck but feel like maybe customer service is not the best. More
