5 star service My vehicle died as I was driving, all the lights on the panel lit up then nothing. I called a towing company it took 4 hours for me to get to the dea My vehicle died as I was driving, all the lights on the panel lit up then nothing. I called a towing company it took 4 hours for me to get to the dealership. When I arrived Barbara assisted me with a car rental that was so seamless it was done in less than 15 minutes. I forgot items in my car and Bryan Herr helped me after hours to gain access. The work ans assessment took a week and I was accommodated because of the time. Pleasant staff and consistent with resolving car issues. Best Dealership in town! More

Service Dept I took my truck in for an oil change and a new power steering hose. Of all the service depts i have ever been to, this one had the one huge thing goin I took my truck in for an oil change and a new power steering hose. Of all the service depts i have ever been to, this one had the one huge thing going for it...and that is Steve Mackey !!! He kept me informed of what was going on constantly. He is beyond a quality employee. I will take my truck there as long as Steve is there. !!!! More

Recent Oil Change I had my oil changed on my Chrysler Town and Country and they did a quick job of it and washed my car as well. I have purchased several Town and Country vans from them and they have been more than fair on all the deals and the service the did on all of them has been excellent. Willing to help, and fix the problem. I was at Brookdale Dodge today to have my 3rd brake light replaced. I was in there two months ago for the same thing, so I was a little upset to have I was at Brookdale Dodge today to have my 3rd brake light replaced. I was in there two months ago for the same thing, so I was a little upset to have to go back. That being said, when I called in I talked to the service manager that was very willing to help and get the problem taKen care of. Sure enough, I went up there after work, John in service was able to get me in right away, and I was out the door in a matter of 20 minutes with a new light assembly. Great job! More

Disappointed! In October I purchased a new 2014 ecoDiesel Ram 1500. In January - less than 4000 miles on the vehicle I needed service: Check engine light went on, In October I purchased a new 2014 ecoDiesel Ram 1500. In January - less than 4000 miles on the vehicle I needed service: Check engine light went on, vehicle woudn't heat properly, and some aftermarket installation they did wasn't working properly. I was told I had to wait for almost a week to get in - which is ridiculous when the vehicle wasn't heating properly. I asked for a loaner while they did warranty service and was told i Had to PAY $35 to RENT a vehicle? Not pleased at all - why should I have to pay? The vehcile wouldn't even need to be there in the first place if their product worked as it should - not to mention the dealer install aftermarket wasn't working properly. I am not recommending this place to anyone and will definitely be going elsewhere in the future. Should have stayed at WALSER. Too bad the survey is already turned in that they PRESSURE you to give high scores. Don't believe all the reviews with praise - it's BS! More

Reliable and Trustworthy The entire staff has been very supportive and trustworthy every time i come in for an oil change. They check the whole vehicle over for issues each ti The entire staff has been very supportive and trustworthy every time i come in for an oil change. They check the whole vehicle over for issues each time and let me know Friday a brake light was out and werent pushy with doing the repair. They go as far as even putting a missing screw in my license plate as a courtesy, so you just feel good walking out of there as they take the time to look everything over and coach you on whatever questions you have. Great Customer Service My service advisor, Jon, took care of my service repairs from beginning to end with wonderful follow-thru (called me with updates, diagnoses, pricing) My service advisor, Jon, took care of my service repairs from beginning to end with wonderful follow-thru (called me with updates, diagnoses, pricing), enthusiasm, and proficiency. My 21yr old Jeep Grand Cherokee had a couple of issues needing investigation/repair. One item needed further repair and a return trip which Jon also handled and made sure my initial repair & subsequent repair were paired for service pricing. They also provided transport service to/from my home for both repair services. The free car wash was a nice touch too. I LOVE my Jeep! More
