Know issue that has not been resolved yet The 2 star rating is not due to the politeness and service/work done by the service department, I would rate those items a 5 star. The problem I have The 2 star rating is not due to the politeness and service/work done by the service department, I would rate those items a 5 star. The problem I have is that the car was brought into the dealership with an issue of a hard brake pedal/inability to start the car (happened twice so far). This issue is being experienced by MANY Honda owners across multiple makes/models.......and is being discussed openly on internet chat rooms/boards. I wish I would have read those before bringing the car in.....I would have saved myself the $160 service charge and still be sitting in the same boat that I am in...an issue that has not been resolved and can happen at any time again in the future. I would have hoped that the Honda Corp. would invest more time/effort into identifying and resolving this obvious issue instead of just collecting money and shrugging their shoulders. More

I had a great experience at Luther Brookdale Honda! I pretty much knew what I wanted going in but they made it super easy to make a final decision.
