Used car buying experience not good I have rated this way because I do not feel that the dealership was truthful regarding tires on the car. I reported noise and vibration when I purcha I have rated this way because I do not feel that the dealership was truthful regarding tires on the car. I reported noise and vibration when I purchased the car. They fixed the vibration. I took it in after driving it for a while (less than 30 days) and they said the car drove normally for a Honda Accord and said there was no problem. I took it to Discount Tire and they identified that both rear tires were cupping and they were causing the noise. After taking it back, they admitted there was cupping and recommended replacing the tires. Of course, at my expense not theirs. I love the Honda Accord but this was my first experience with Luther Brookdale Honda. I will not purchase from them again. I do not feel like my sales guy had my best interest in mind and ultimately did not did not treat me well and the used car sales manager would not talk to me. Overall, it was the horrible way they dealt with the issue and customer service that has soured my view of the dealership, not the car. More

I came in to pick up my old Civic that you'd gone over for a presale checkout. There were two people at the service counter. Both saw me waiting. Five minutes went by, no one said hello, no one said we'll have someone with you soon. I went to the cashier instead. It was another five minutes or so, again without any notice that anyone knew I was there. When it was my turn things went just fine, but it was not busy and if the guy at the service counter would have said hello, he might have told me I had to go to the cashier. Anyway, it's those little things that either inspire confidence or cause you to stew as you wait. More
