I declined them. There was a oil service coupon available in your website that was not honored and agent told me that they washed my car but he parked the vehicle outside to have an easy "access" to it. When I arrived to my destination i noticed that the vehicle was not washed. This made me question the integrity of this location and if they actually did a good job with the requested service. It was one of the worst experience provided by a Honda dealership. I usually get exceptional service by the burnsville location but this service by brookdale, will defenetly question my next service visit. More
