Unhappy with our experience Even though we were having repair work related to a factory defect completed, we were not provided a loaner vehicle. Instead, we were directed to Ent Even though we were having repair work related to a factory defect completed, we were not provided a loaner vehicle. Instead, we were directed to Enterprise, who had one vehicle left, a pickup truck, at a high rate. We were disappointed at this point, but it got worse when the repair work that was supposed to take 3-5 days took 10 days, doubling up our costly rental. The local dealership points the finger at Honda America, stating it's their responsibility in this case. Perhaps it is...but it would be a better business practice for the local dealer to shepherd us through that process. More
