Costumer profile based pricing. The prices he quoted were crazy and if that is what you charge we will be looking for another dealership $4000 to have a timing belt changed is criminal! Oil change It took 2 hrs for an oil change and 20 minute recall. I get it that it is Monday and you were busy.
