My parents had several questions and I’m glad she was kind enough to clarify things. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family and hopefully they get the same experience regardless of who they get to work with because in all honesty, if your salesman is not making you feel good throughout the whole process upuntil you do buy the car or not, it all depends on their attitude. In most cases in the past, other dealerships and salesmen had the worst attitude ever once you hesitated on buying, this resulted in us leaving. Poorly run business and over priced I had called a head and made a 130pm appointment. I arrived at 120pm. After checking in with the service person he said it would be an hour and 30 mi I had called a head and made a 130pm appointment. I arrived at 120pm. After checking in with the service person he said it would be an hour and 30 minutes to get it done because they had other appointments to do first. I asked whats the point of having an appointment if you wont hold up your side of the agreement to do an oil change at the designated time. He told me that if you want to have short wait times not to come on a fri, sat, sun. He literally told me that. I will never go back to your business if you don't know how to uphold something as simple as an appointment. I asked another service person the same thing, he said yea thats normal and sometimes its a 3 hr wait. If you want to give oil change services you need to know anyone can get that done on time at any oil change place around. Wasted 2 hours of my day. We also are leasing a new Hind pilot from your location as well. Probably the last due to just knowing how your company chooses to not follow a simple appointment time. I'm sorry but I literally cant get over the fact your company takes appointments and plans to then tell customers that they will not be working on your car at that time because they have other stuff to do first. You either dont know the simple rukes of what an appointment is or you purposely over book yourselves to pull in more money while everyone else with appointments waits for 2 hours to get an oil change.
