Oil change I called to make an appointment. I was on hold for so long it disconnected me. I tried to use the call back feature but no one ever called me back. I I called to make an appointment. I was on hold for so long it disconnected me. I tried to use the call back feature but no one ever called me back. I called later to set an appointment and even then I was on hold for 4 minutes. I use to live closer to Luther Hopkins Honda so I went to that location for years. I moved further north of the cities so Brookdale Honda is closer. I have never receive coupons from Brookdale Honda like I did from Hopkins Honda but they did honor Hopkins coupon. My service technician never came to talk with me about anything the service techs might have found. I finally got a text that my car was done so I went up to the cashier to pay. I was told my technician needs to bring up paperwork so it should be just a few minutes. 25 minutes later I again approached the cashier who tracked down my paperwork and checked me out. My service technician never came to talk with me or go over the checklist from the shop techs. I also had a shop charge of $4.32 that I was told was for supplies the service techs used such as rags. Shouldn’t this be part of the service? I was very disappointed with Brookdale Honda. My experience with Hopkins Honda was stellar for years and I’ve come to expect the same level at other Luther locations. Brookdale fell very short of that goal with me. More

I got deals every time with coupons for each service,gift cards for spending over $100.00 or more. Even if they made a mistake, they will take good care of it. A large,clean, and safe waiting room while waiting for your car. Plus coffe, warm chocolate,tea, cookies,water for free. I love Luther Brookdale Honda. More
Long Wait First off, we have gotten our oil changed here for years so I was disappointed with my experience this past week. I had an appointment for 10:15 AM a First off, we have gotten our oil changed here for years so I was disappointed with my experience this past week. I had an appointment for 10:15 AM and showed up at 10 o’clock. I ended up going behind a woman at the first stall, and noticed that there was a huge opening between her and the garage where they work on the vehicals. I was going to back up and go in another slot when a whole line of cars came in so I was stuck. To my dismay, I saw five or six cars go in ahead of me and get help as I sat out in the rain waiting for my turn. I finally got out of my car 15 minutes later, went inside, and was told to pull in because they would move the car in front of me. It was frustrating because cars that showed up 15 minutes after me were serviced before I was. When I was finally taken care of I was told the oil change would take an hour and a half, but I ended up waiting two hours and 45 minutes. Two hours into my wait I asked at the front desk if my car was almost done and another woman came out to talk to me. She apologized for taking so long and said it would be another 20 minutes, which actually ended up being 45 minutes. She also stated that she would do something for me for the long wait. In the end, I ended up paying the full price and did not get any thing taken off my bill as a courtesy for having to wait so long. The whole thing was a cluster and I know I was not the only customer who is upset with the wait. I showed grace towards the employees and did not get upset or visually show how discouraged I was by the service, but don’t know if I will come back again. It was just lucky I did not have to be anywhere that afternoon. More

Very happy I am very happy with this purchase. Not only is the car and excellent value, but Ryan in sales was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the vehi I am very happy with this purchase. Not only is the car and excellent value, but Ryan in sales was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He did not pressure me and gave me price that I happily agreed too. Also, it should be noted, having a family room was imperative to the sale. I brought my wife and three young children with that day. Without having a family room would have put additional stress on my wife and myself. For that, I am greatful. I am 100% satisfied with my whole experience. Thank you. More
