Good service could be great with a tweak I liked the new text updates feature. It was nice to know or quickly be able to see the status of your vehicle. However, it seems like the advisor was I liked the new text updates feature. It was nice to know or quickly be able to see the status of your vehicle. However, it seems like the advisor was either not 100% sure how it worked or figured by texting it would buy him some time. As I got a text stating my car was finished, the advisor was just waiting for my keys. I was happy because it would have been done earlier than my 2 hour estimate. After waiting for 15 more minutes I went to the cashier desk and asked about my car. Then had to wait for my coupons to be taken off. The same coupon I had already given to the individual who had checked me in. Too many moving pieces not enough communication. More

Slow and agonizing. Sales manager insisted they owned our trade in day before we completed business transaction. They insisted we clean out our car in parking lot. Sales rep was very friendly and polite, however needs to be more knowledgeable. Orientation left much to be desired as she knew little about the vehicle and was rushed to get to another customer.
