My boyfriend and I test drove some CR-Vs and got many quotes for the CR-V as well as quotes for my 2017 Honda Civic. Ryan was our sales guy and he made the buying process as smooth as could be. We got the best quote for my civic, considering the miles, and a great price for the CR-V. The best part was he gave us the deal within two minutes, no haste, no wait. We didn’t make an appointment with Ryan, we just showed up. Worst service appointment ever I was told probably hour to hour and a half for oil change and rotation so I knew it was over booked from the start. I was fine with the wait but at two hours to Ashley sending me a message and felt like a upcharge attempt to change $700 in filters (really) didn’t produce enough with oil change so then she responded ok. She then texted me car done just waiting for keys and then bill texted to me so I went up to pay while waiting for Ashley and the women behind cashier looked bothered to respond to me that message comes early can’t pay till sheets come to them. I sat down and no one so getting to 2 1/2 hrs for oil change I text Ashley still haven’t seen or talked to her in person to find out she went on lunch🙄. I have owned multiple Honda Odyssey’s for 17 years and really liked but this is the last I was so angry after leaving I get over booking to make a profit but that was maddening all I keep hearing with staff apologizing to people I didn’t even get that!!!!!!!!!👎 Patrick Becicka More

Disappointed First appt- didn’t have part for headlight bulb change. Creating delay of service 2 days plus wasted time. Second appt - told less than 60 min, too First appt- didn’t have part for headlight bulb change. Creating delay of service 2 days plus wasted time. Second appt - told less than 60 min, took almost 2 hours causing great inconvenience. Also quoted price of one headlight when appt was for both so shocking price. More
