Fair service but took way too long with no update as to why. Went in for a “B” service on my van. Was there 5-10min before appointment like they request. Didn’t get checked in until 15min after appointment start time. Was told 1-1 1/2hrs to service my vehicle and I was waiting. I had my 3yr old daughter with so I was on a bit of a schedule with lunch for her. I was expecting to be done by noon if it took the full 1 1/2hrs so I figured we could wait to get our van back and then grab lunch. I finally texted to get an update after 2hrs and was told it was done but they needed to finish up the paperwork. I finally asked the cashier about my paperwork at 2 1/2hrs. A service tech (not the one that checked me in) brought the paperwork to the cashier and walked off. No explanation as to why it took so long or an apology. It will be a long time before I go back if that’s how I am treated. There was a lady waiting up front that was disgusted at the time it was taking for her vehicle as well but after she asked how long I had been waiting and what service I was getting, she was surprised it took that long. The one cool thing about the visit was the manager in charge of the store saw my daughter walking thru the showroom when we first got there and gave her a stuffed bear. He was not aware of our upcoming situation of the long wait we were in for. This was a very nice thing to do and it made my daughter happy. I would only recommend this location if you don’t have anything planned as they seem to be unconcerned about the duration of service times and their check-in process is lacking urgency to keep to schedule times. More
