He asked great questions for things I wasn’t even really considering or thinking about. I was never going to lease a car in my life until Bobby put some of those concerns to rest. Come on though - it’s really difficult to say no to a confident salesperson who is personable and doesn’t come off as someone that wants to sell you something just to make their numbers. I truly believed Bobby was on my side as the customer and that 2018 hatchback is just a sexy car - it did all the work for him ;) More

Completely Subpar Went there for an oil change and 2.5 hours later I finally got my car. Zero communication, zero updates, nothing. I have brought my car there previously without much of a hitch outside of maybe taking a bit longer to do my oil change but this time it was out of control. I was late to work because of it. In fairness this is a Honda Dealership and I drive a Chevy (that I bought from them) but I have brought it there previously as stated before without much problem. When I asked they said "well it sometimes takes longer because it is a Chevy" but if that was the case why wasnt I told that when I checked in? Why wasnt that a problem the other times I came in? How much time can it take to go across the street to your Chevy Dealership and get a filter? I understand things happen and maybe you got backed up or things fell through the cracks but I was 30 feet away in the waiting room listening to my headphones someone could have come in and explained. I would have suggested I come back another day and left not that upset just a little inconvenienced and probably still loyal. Now, I will just go to Valvoline for an oil change as the price is similar and I get it done rather quickly. More

The hours are great and the Honda dealer is close to my home. Also, I want to keep my Honda Pilot dependable and pristine. The way to do that is to have it serviced at Luther Honda! More
