Overselling I wanted an oil change and a tire rotation as the service minder in my CRV said it was time for an oil change. With an appointment it took 1 1/2 hour I wanted an oil change and a tire rotation as the service minder in my CRV said it was time for an oil change. With an appointment it took 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and they tried to sell multiple other services that the service minder did not sugges. When I received my service documents it suggested a brake fluid change next time but none of the services they tried to sell this time like differential fluid change, transmission fluid change, etc. I am not sure which services are recommended and which ones are required to maintain my vehicle. Or are they just overselling? Hard to trust this convoluted service sales strategy. More

I sincerely hope everyone involved learns how to put more heart & soul into a situation like this if it should happen again. I used to think that a dealership was the best place to bring my car & I would receive outstanding service; I could relax because my car was respected & cared for by my people. My car was finally ready September 13th. I drove away as fast as possible, not looking back but in search of my people somewhere else. More
