Like any dealership out there, they want you to spend money and will tell you anything to get you to spend the money. I don’t like that and it bothers me but I just let it go bc I know they have a job to do. Only thing I would like to be done is to have a law-a-way plan for those who needs work on their car but can not pay the full price that same day. When the reps pulls the customers to the side and tell them the update news, I really think they expect us to have 1k-5k in our pockets or bank accounts to pay for any big work jobs that needs done. I myself don’t but would love to work with the dealership if they had a flexible way to pay off the repairs. Other than that, everything else is good there. More
