Great service and no swindling! I came to brookdale Honda after being unsold by 2 dealers at Hopkins Honda, which left I very bad taste in my mouth. My dealer was a straight shooter, I came to brookdale Honda after being unsold by 2 dealers at Hopkins Honda, which left I very bad taste in my mouth. My dealer was a straight shooter, patient and took the time to help me find what I wanted in a car (and not the car that would line his pockets with the highest commission). I appreciated there attentiveness and they were willing to negotiate on a price that was fair to all parties. I highly recommend Brookdale Honda and would say steer clear of Hopkins Honda! More

My Luther experiences I've always been pleased with the service department at Luther Honda. Proceeding from there, walking into the upscale check-in center and quickly waited on by a service manager/supervisor, is stress free and efficient. Once my car is checked in, a beautiful waiting room with a variety of refreshments/snacks and large flat screen TV, makes waiting for my car a pleasure. I've always had service jobs done quickly and have always felt Luther's pricing more than fair! What's great too, my car is always washed and waiting for me to drive away. I've leased 6 cars from Luther over the years and am anxious to get #7 in the near future. Literally, the entire Luther experience of obtaining cars and service maintenance, is so easy; sometimes, it makes me wonder when the other shoe may drop...lol. I have referred many to Luther Honda! More

Excellent service as always! I was checked in by Ashley; very professional and efficient! I was told the car would be ready in an hour, so I grabbed a coffee in the lounge and be I was checked in by Ashley; very professional and efficient! I was told the car would be ready in an hour, so I grabbed a coffee in the lounge and began to do some work. Ashley came to the lounge after about 40 minutes, and at first I thought there must be a problem. To my surprise, the car was ready to go....20 minutes early! Thanks to Ashley and Eric (technician). Took way to long!!! Oil change took 2 1/2 hours and was told an hour,and i8 had an appointment. Very frustrating! I missed my next appoitment!!!
