Where to start The service itself was good, the problem I had was all the extras and little things that are what I had to see and deal with before leaving the dealer The service itself was good, the problem I had was all the extras and little things that are what I had to see and deal with before leaving the dealership. The simple act of scheduling the service somehow gave the dealership the ok to send me an email giving me a deal on trading in the same vehicle I was bringing in. I had already opted out of these types of emails, but I guess that does not matter to them. Going to my car, I had to remove and discard the plastic sheet they put over the drivers seat to protect it from anything on the techs clothe. My seat, and mirrors were all adjusted to what must have been some about 4' tall. It is not their call, it is my car with my settings and should have been left that way. They also left my headlights on. None of these individually was a big deal, but I left the dealership very annoyed that the car was not left the way I dropped it off. The final straw is them giving my email info to SiriusXM for a 2 month trial. I did not give them permission, nor was told they would do this. I was a steady customer in the past. Unlikely I will find a reason to return in the future. I can get a good service at a better price elsewhere, without all the "extras" that are unneeded and disappointing. More
Moises was awesome! I came inform a routine A1 service and was very pleased with the service/care I received from Moises Morales. What impressed me the most was watching him interact with a little old lady! She walked with a cane and I watched him take her arm and lead her to the waiting area and get her seated. From there he got her coffee and asked if she needed anything else. She asked for two cookies (which he brought). After he walked away, she had the biggest smile on her face. I seriously had a few tears escape my eyes. It was that beautiful of a thing to witness! I volunteer with senior citizens and was truly moved to see such compassion and kindness displayed by Moises. I will definitely request him for my next service! As someone with a strong customer service background, it was also affirming to see such strong customer service skills being displayed. More

Incredibly expensive. The service center get an oil change, tire rotation, and replace two air filters. I walked out of their $200 poor, mainly due to the labor charge of $ The service center get an oil change, tire rotation, and replace two air filters. I walked out of their $200 poor, mainly due to the labor charge of $112.95. Peyton, the service rep, did not go over the fighting such as the health of the battery upon completion. She's simply handed me the paperwork and said I was finished. Whoever was in the car also readjusted the seats and changed all that air conditioning settings. They also turn the light switch from Auto to off I went driving around at night without realizing the lights went on. I will never service my car there again. It was my third bad experience. I'm done. More
