Friendly and professional I have been to the Brookdale Honda location for service several times and I have not had a bad experience ever. Heather P checked me in and Jeff F ha I have been to the Brookdale Honda location for service several times and I have not had a bad experience ever. Heather P checked me in and Jeff F handled the paperwork and advised me of upcoming maintenance that I will need. He was not judgmental when I opted not to perform the service at this time. I was told the maintenance would take an hour and a half and it was done in an hour and 29 minutes- impressive to say the least! The waiting area is bright, comfortable and was restocked and cleaned twice while I was waiting. When I was leaving I asked Heather P about the HRV vs the CRV. She was knowledgeable and I think when my CRV is ready for replacement I am going to check out the HRV! More

Best of the best! First time car lease experience and it was not as stressful as I thought it would be. The whole process was easy, the only thing that was difficult wa First time car lease experience and it was not as stressful as I thought it would be. The whole process was easy, the only thing that was difficult was choosing the car I wanted since there were so many to choose from. The sales person that worked with me throughout the whole process, Steve E., went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted. I went back to the dealership multiple times to look at the different cars, and everytime Steve was so helpful and informative. He gave me lots of advice on car types that would be affordable, safe, but be a good purchase for my age and lifestyle. However, he never pressured or rushed me into making a decision. He gave me the information I needed and gave me the time to think it over on my own, which was super helpful as I can be really indecisive about such a big purchase. I definitely reccomend everyone to come and ask for Steve! You won't regret it. Overall, my experience went great and it's an awesome dealership with friendly staff/environment. More

They forgot about me I was in for a recall, oil change and an alignment. They told me roughly 2 hours to do all of that...fine. Well about 2 hours in my service rep brou I was in for a recall, oil change and an alignment. They told me roughly 2 hours to do all of that...fine. Well about 2 hours in my service rep brought me out and said I had tie rod end issues and sway bar issues so an alignment should not be done until this work was completed. I told him not today, just put the estimate with my papers and forego the alignment. He said they will wrap things up shortly. Well he did come in but said he was going on break but another agent will finalize. I waited another hour and then had to go out and try to find someone to see what was up. I found a guy and he pulled up my work order on the computer. He looked confused...then left suddenly back in the repair shop. 15 minutes...went by. He came back and said they still have the car up on the jack waiting to hear back on the tie rod and sway bar work. I told him I previously said no to this work... I waited at least another 30 minutes for them just to put the tires on, lower and wash car. I When all said and done...over 4 hours for a two hour job that was truncated by no alignment. I had to chase down a new agent, my updates to the mechanics never happenef, I didn't get my estimates printed out and I was just left sitting in waiting area. I missed an appointment and lunch...but not my original service rep who went on break. I was looking at this dealership for 2 new Hondas...but now I wonder if they have their act together. Oh...I was comped an oil change...but I would have rather have had my 2 hours back and some better cimmunication. More

This trip, my low tire pressure warning light came on the day after setvice andall 4 were 6-10# low on air. I thought that was part of their check list tor oul changes. They were overbooked and I spent an extra hour cooling my heels in the customer lounge More
