That doesn't work with me - I walked. Another sales person was pleasant throughout, not pushy, gave me time to make my decion - I bought a car. Sales people seem to think people should buy the first car they drive, and make a decision within 20 minutes. I spend more time than that grocery shopping. A car is major purchase. It is not unreasonable to spend some time on it. You nearly lost me. More

They were up front about the timing involved, and checked in at every step of the process for my go-ahead and did a great job of assessing my problem with my automatic sliding side doors of my van. They easily could have recommended an expensive solution, but instead did a thorough investigation and said that only the rollers needed to be switched out, which was much more affordable than I had feared. So pleased!!! More
