The cleaning of the vehicle took way too long. Had to wait an additional 20 to 30 min after all paper work was finish. More

Phenomenal service manager/bad faith from Honda I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ben Wysocki. He is hardworking, responsive, communicative and more than helpful. Unfortunately, we've visited Luther Brookdale Honda repeatedly with our 2017 CRV, due to a bad infotainment system. The response from Honda has been simply putrid. I would never buy from Honda again based on this experience. The only saving grace: Ben. He's gone to great lengths to help us, despite the pushback he gets from the company. I give him five stars; I give the service center three; I give Honda less than one. More

I also wondered the show room floor hoping a sales person might ask if I was interested in a new vehicle since my lease is up in 6mos, but I wasn’t approached by a single sales person! I was shocked! My car service included a “car wash” which is as about as mediocre as my car getting rained on outside. Splattered bugs still covered my car. More
