Below average service Came in for oilchnage, summer tyre change and battery replacment for key fob. Had spend 3.5 hours while I was told that it should.only take 2 hours.. Came in for oilchnage, summer tyre change and battery replacment for key fob. Had spend 3.5 hours while I was told that it should.only take 2 hours..the associate was no where to be found. I had to go to front desk to find out that papers were sitting on the table and car was done. The associate was gone for the day. Two other associates helped with paper work. I've asked winter tyres to be marked so that I knew which side is in and out. The tyres were not marked. I wait for 10 more min to find out that the technician has left for the day. After I am half way to my home. I realized that the key fob battery was not replaced either. Over all poor service. I should mention that I have come to this place many times, i never experienced such a poor service before . More

I will remember every one's name on my next visit so they can all get the recognition they deserve on the survey. They are all a great team and representives for your dealership. The waiting area is clean and pleasant with comfortable seating and TV's. The coffee and snacks are much appreciated. I LOVE MY HRV and plan on being a long time customer.
