Too long of wait I have ran into this issue several times. I schedule an appointment for an oil change/tire rotation and even with an appointment the service takes ove I have ran into this issue several times. I schedule an appointment for an oil change/tire rotation and even with an appointment the service takes over an hour to upwards of 2 hours. Time is valuable and in my opinion this is too long. More

The Rep Was Great. The Cashier Was Not. Brought in my car to get it serviced. Mark Perra was great -- kind, friendly, professional. The person who took my credit card was not. She had dark hair, very pale skin, and has a tattoo including a heart on her left forearm. I would tell you the color of her eyes, but I don't know what they are because she refused to make eye contact with me. And when I had to sign my credit card receipt, she waved her hand off to the side and said, "The pens are over there." She was so cold and rude to me that I started acting weird. I wanted to get away from her as soon as flipped the paper with my signature back to her, only to have her call me back because she hadn't given me my gift card yet. And when she did, she just looked down and did some other busywork. "Is there anything else?" I asked. She didn't say anything, not even a thank you. And this woman still didn't look at me. If she's not going to even try and fake people skills, she needs to quit and find another job. Christ, who the xxxx does she think she is? And I'm guessing she can tell who I am by what happened. I hope to God I never see her again, but I probably will. Catch you later. More

Vehicle Service After turning in my vehicle for service, I went into the waiting room which was very low key, had refreshments, and free WiFi. One thing I’d like to bring up is maybe just a little friendliness can make the experience better and could go a long way. Could of just been an off day, though. Other than that, good service! More

Oil change drop off Fine service which has not always been the case in the past. (Showed up for previous appointment on time and was told the oil change would only take a Fine service which has not always been the case in the past. (Showed up for previous appointment on time and was told the oil change would only take an hour. Upon arrival was told that they were running behind and it would be a 2 hour wait. Had to leave without service as I had to be aomewhere else 1. 1/2 hours later. I was disgruntled because when someone makes an appointment I expect them to keep it. Just requires a bit of better management on their part.) This time was fine. More

Poor service, poor communication Took about 15 min for a worker to come up to me in the garage after pulling up my car, took more than 3 hours to do an oil change! I called them to se Took about 15 min for a worker to come up to me in the garage after pulling up my car, took more than 3 hours to do an oil change! I called them to see if my car was done.. and it was, got to the service center to being told by the cashier my car wasn’t ready yet. Sat for 15min, thought it was weird that I had gotten a call saying it was done but being told it wasn’t. I looked outside and my car was there. Went up to the cashier and asked her if she was positive my car was done. Took about another 10-15min for her to look through the computer to find my information. She couldn’t find any of my paperwork or keys so she had to go ask somebody else, took another 10min. Finally got to laying and getting my keys for her to not apologize or even yet give me a smile. My coupon also was for filling my tires and a Car Wash!!! I didn’t get either of them. For an oil change taking more than 3 hours confuses me on how they couldn’t even run it through the car wash. It was bad service, and a horrible expierence. More
