Under staffed service department for the business scheduled. Had a 9:15am appointment left at 1:07pm for a 1 hour service appointment.Not OK. I understand things happen but this is the 4th time I have been in the service department since 6/28 and this is the norm.The car was not washed as it normally is just making it more frustrating.The other point when I came in on 6/28 service advisor never brought up the issue the mechanic found I had to read the notes and then make another appointment.
