He was friendly and didn't seem to mind when my 10 year old kid started barraging him questions (most not having anything to do with the vehicles). I do wish that you (or Honda) would have offered some better pricing incentives and financing options, especially since this was the week of a holiday. When Dave showed me the financing rates I did a quick search of my credit union's website and showed him that the rate they were offering (2.9%) was way lower than his best offers. We did a little bit of back and forth and he was eventually able to come much closer to them, so we made the deal. Overall this was a good buying experience and we are happy customers. Thank you!
