Very happy with a non-aggressive experience I was warmly greeted when I entered the dealership. I knew the vehicle I was interested in seeing, and I wasn't pressured to look at more expensive on I was warmly greeted when I entered the dealership. We went for a test drive, and Chad Rawson, my sales consultant, allowed me to experience the vehicle without trying to sell it to me while we were driving. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and was able to answer and expand upon all the questions I had. Once I decided I wanted to purchase the vehicle, I met with Don Daniels to wrap up the the paperwork, and discuss the vehicles warranty. Again, I wasn't pressured into making any decisions, but had enough explained to me to make my own informed decision. More

Outstanding experience! I chose a civic from the inventory listed on their website, then applied for credit preapproval online. After spending just over an hour at the dealer I chose a civic from the inventory listed on their website, then applied for credit preapproval online. After spending just over an hour at the dealership I was approved for a great lease, got a fair trade in value for my old vehicle, and left with a brand new civic that I love. Overall good service Just 2 complaints I have is that last year no one came to get me when my car was done. After 2 hours, I went over to a service person and she informed me that it had been done over an hour ago. She did not apologize.. Yesterday, when I pulled in with my car, a service consultsnt told me to wait by my car and ut’ll be just a moment. I waited for about 10 minutes. She didn’t come back. Maurice came over to ask me if I had been helped. I also wish I had been told ahead of time that my 30,000 mile maintanence fee is about 7 times mores than priir maintanence fees. More
