Great customer service. Maurice is awesome. The customer service was awesome. Generally the whole Staff know how to treat customers. My only gripe: all the add-ons they tried to sell me--all sorts of special rust protection, glass coatings, etc. Seemed gimmicky to me. Then the finance guy tried to foist an extended service warranty on me telling me how expensive it would be to repair my car--I thought Hondas were supposed to go forever! Why should I need this? Annoying. But other than that, everything went fine. More

I had stopped in at Brookdale after knowing how well I was treated by Shane and the rest of the team when I purchased my ‘14 Accord there and serviced it there. I stopped to check pricing on tires and Shane was the one I wanted to work with and he was the first one that welcomed me in. I set my appointment for new tires that day, I knew I didn’t have to do any other comparison shopping. He is so amazing. One of the best people I have ever met. My experience was outstanding. My appointment was at 2 hours for my new tires/balance/alignment and oil change and he said there was a backup on the alightment station due to someone training. He said I could continue to wait or he could check to see if he could get a loaner for me. He checked and they offered me a courtesy loaner so I didn’t have to wait any longer. I came the next day to pickup my vehicle and the price was exactly what he said it would be. No surprises. He is truly a genuine and outstanding person. Thanks so much Shane! More
