Way too much waiting. I got the price on the car that I wanted and was able to test drive a variety of cars to ensure I made the right choice. But, the buying process took I got the price on the car that I wanted and was able to test drive a variety of cars to ensure I made the right choice. But, the buying process took way longer than I thought it needed to. The negotiating process took about 5 minutes and financing took about 15 - 20 minutes, but were at the dealership for about 3-4 hours. A lot of our time was spent waiting while our salesman ran around doing other tasks. We waited so long that by the time I went to the financing office Honda was technically closed so it made shopping around for a financing rate painful. I was able to make it work with the special financing under the grad program, but I feel the experience could’ve been better if it were expedited. At the very least, if we have to wait around, at least let me know why I have to wait around. Overall, I did walk away with the car, color, trim, and price that I wanted. But the process to buy the car was arbitrarily long and painful. I’m not sure I’d recommend Luther Brookdale in the future. More

He got us in the car quickly for a test drive with our kids in the car seat. The car was great and they met our bank's financing.
