Outstanding experience! I chose a civic from the inventory listed on their website, then applied for credit preapproval online. After spending just over an hour at the dealer I chose a civic from the inventory listed on their website, then applied for credit preapproval online. After spending just over an hour at the dealership I was approved for a great lease, got a fair trade in value for my old vehicle, and left with a brand new civic that I love. And I did not pay one dime!!! It was much better than I ever imagined! More

Overall good service Just 2 complaints I have is that last year no one came to get me when my car was done. After 2 hours, I went over to a service person and she informed me that it had been done over an hour ago. She did not apologize.. Yesterday, when I pulled in with my car, a service consultsnt told me to wait by my car and ut’ll be just a moment. I waited for about 10 minutes. She didn’t come back. Maurice came over to ask me if I had been helped. I also wish I had been told ahead of time that my 30,000 mile maintanence fee is about 7 times mores than priir maintanence fees. More
