Average or below Service was ok... a bit annoying that when I called in last minute with an alternator issue I was told there was a 2:30pm appointment available and ma Service was ok... a bit annoying that when I called in last minute with an alternator issue I was told there was a 2:30pm appointment available and made it there by 2:35pm. It took a bit to get someone to help me after pulling in and parking. Then I was told my car would not even be looked at until the next day late morning. I was also told a rental car was available for $21 per day, and then told at the service counter it was $29 per day; $10 isn’t a huge deal but makes me question if all billing/ fees are integrity’s or a bit of a scam. Chad was super nice and helpful and communicated really well on the phone with update/ approval/ recommendations. Also, the car rental guy was SUPER AWESOME!!! Don’t recall his name, wish I did because he deserves props. When I arrived to pick-up my car, again it took a minute to get any help, then directed to payment desk- they were nice, however it would be nice to have a service advisor recap what what work was completed. I was directed to my vehicle, got settlerd and started leaving the lot to realize the rear wiper blade was sticking straight out and the radio code not entered, as my ‘08 pilot had a new alternator installed. I circled and parked agin, went in to wait in line and get help... then was walked back out to my car to look at the problem and then back inside to wait until they could look up the necessary code to activate the radio... then given the code and asked to do it myself as staff was busy helping other people... yet there were 5 employees standing at the entrance to the shop shooting the breeze. All for fun at work, but ???? Point is, $900 for an alternator is STEEP, very STEEP, but I chose Honda because I was in immediate need for service, yet the 2:30 pm appointment was really not truth as my car was looked at the next day, and $900 should include the details of “radio code” as the replacement wiper blade cost should involve putting it back down. It’s the little things, details that should be paid attention to, like greeting your customers, and being truthful about appointment times and going above and beyond with finishing the job details with customers paying high prices. More
