Oil change Went in for an oil change, was told I was due for transmission and differential oil change and gave me an estimate. New car unfamiliar noise I bought a newer used Pilot a few days before and was unused to a certain engine noise. They kindly explained it and invited me to test drive it with a tech and then said there was no charge for the rental or diagnostics because it was so new and I didn't know. I wa super impressed with the services. More

Great service as usual!! The Luther Brookdale Honda location has provided a top notch customer experience everytime I've been there, and this time was no exception. Ashley was quick to greet me and get the ball rolling as soon as I pulled my Civic in the garage. I came in for an oil change, but knew I was probably due for some other maintenance due the the mileage. Ashley let me know what was recommended and the costs. I made my decision and then went to the waiting area. Of all the various waiting areas I've sat in at auto repair centers, Brookdale's is by far the best. I always enjoy the coffee and cookies offered, as well as, kicking back in a chair and watching TV or roaming the internet. Ashley came to let me know the work had been completed after a very reasonable amount of wait time. They washed it as usual too. Ashley is an excellent employee and Brookdale is fortunate to have her! More

Windshield glass replacement The collision avoidance camera needed to be recalibrate after the cracked windshield was replaced. The recalibration took longer than expected and the dealership had to keep the car overnight. I was kept informed of the delay in schedule but I'm not satisfied with the results. The collision avoidance settings are not the same as from the factory, the alarm does not sound until I am within one car length of the car in front of me! More
