Thoroughly inspected,but high cost, and communication could I feel I get a good inspection of my vehicle every time. However it is more costly than other options out there. I didn’t get a call from my service tech until 5:15pmthat night saying they hoped I could still pick it up by 6pm when they closed since they were closed Sunday. Never fixed the problem I came in with. Still didn’t work Didn’t work when I left. It either needs a new battery or a new car starter. Lucas is the Best!! I was very impressed with the service I got from Lucas. He was thorough in explaining what they were going to do and what the cost would be. I needed my breaks looked at because I thought I was due for pads based on mileage and the noise I was hearing, but they checked them and were honest that I didn't need new pads, that there was just dirt and break pad dust I them.
