The only recommendation I would have is to allow a 2nd passenger to sit in the front seat. It was a cold day, and my wife was denied the passenger seat and asked to ride in back. Needless to say, I had to hear about it all the way home. You may have a policy on this, or it may have been personal choice. Either way, please listen closer to customer requests. More
