Great sales people, negotiations need work. I worked with Chad Rawson, who is terrific! When it came to working with the finance department that worked with signing your contracts, they were quite rude. When Chad would try and negotiate on my behalf to get new tires put on as part of the agreement buying the car, they gave little to nothing. They tires were pretty bald with only 24,000 miles on it which is unusual in itself, I offered to purchase the car if they put new tires on it, they claimed there was still enough tread on them to be certifiable. Later on I came in while waiting for them to be changed and they stated they only are rated to last 30,000 miles. So instead of making sure they took care of me when paying 15,000 for a car and was satisfied driving off the lot, they only gave me 100.00 toward the new tires and still made me pay 700.00 for the tires. When changing the tires they put a huge gash in one of my rims. They did, however, own up to it right away and offered to send it in for repair and supplied me with a rental car for a few days while it was getting repaired. They didn't clean the interior very well. Previous owner owned a dog and there is huge clumps of dog hair in all nooks and crannies around the seats. Again, the Chad was great, Ben Wysocki was also great, as he offered to repair the rim, gave me a car to use during that time, and called me to keep me updated on where the repair process was. But whoever does the actual negotiations needs to be less about the profit and more about customer satisfaction so people keep coming back. More

Service was very good, only one thing was overlooked on the car, which luckily I got fixed under warranty. The driver side only blew cold air. So I would add to the checklist they do before letting it out the door to the customer would be to test all the vents for correct air temperature (AC to hot) for all seasons. Overall, a good experience purchasing a vehicle. More

Great Overall Experience I called our sales person, Scott Ferguson the day before about a used, 2015 CR-V, and he said that he also had a brand new, discounted 2016 model in I called our sales person, Scott Ferguson the day before about a used, 2015 CR-V, and he said that he also had a brand new, discounted 2016 model in the exact EX model and color we were looking for. The price he quoted interested me, and he agreed to come in the next day on his day off to work with us! Truthfully we had never previously even sat in a CR-V. We had been looking at 2014 BMW 320iX's which my wife wanted. We met Scott as scheduled and he had the new car we had spoken about out front and warmed up. We each test drove it, and somewhat to our surprise liked the features and handling very much. It felt a bit like the 2015 BMW X3 we had looked at a few weeks earlier. Scott was very professional and never made us feel pressured. He left us alone at his desk while we discussed the pros and cons - the price was a bit more than we had intended to spend. We finally agreed on an offer price, told Scott, and it was very close to a back-up price he had already arranged with his manager. It was a done deal. Our next meeting was with the business manager. We had planned to pay cash, but the 0.9% financing was too good to pass up given our expectations that inflation is about to pick up. It took a bit of time but was simple. H also explained the 10-year, 70K miles extended warranty and we opted to buy it, just like we had done on our current BMW. All in all, this is a terrific dealership with very professional people who work hard to make the buying experience pleasant. It doesn't hurt at all to have outstanding product to sell. More

Initially i was looking at 2014's with low miles but after test driving the new 2017 I quickly lost interest in the 2014. With the longer box and fuel economy of 2017 plus an incredibly smooth ride and other features it was hard to look at anything else. Scott then helped me work through which model and color and finally i gave him the down payment for one that was coming in. He also gave me a $ amount to trade in my Tacoma which i opted to not do. Once the Ridgeline arrived Scott got us through the process quickly as did James Holmes on the finance process. Our last new car purchase at a Subaru dealership ended up being a 4 hour ordeal so we were a bit wary. But with Scott and James this latest new car purchase went very smoothly and took 2 hours. More
