I really hate buying a car but this was actually not bad. From the moment my wife and I walked in Scott was right there with help. He was not pushy but stayed close enough to answer questions. Julia -A knowledgeable; thorough, non-pushy, super nice gal My first contact from Julia was a response to the form I filled out on the Luther Brookdale Honda website. She gave me a call and I also noticed later that she had e-mailed me as well. We set up an appointment to test drive a Honda Civic and a Honda HR-V. When we arrived at the dealership she came and opened the doors for us and immediately took us over to view the showroom vehicles. While my husband and me were checking out the vehicles Julia went and retrieved keys for our test drive. We checked out the HR-V first, and then talked about it before the next vehicle test drive. I mentioned that I was actually more interested in the Honda Accord than the Civic. She said that it was her pleasure to show us any vehicle we had an interest in and that she would be right back with the keys. During both test drives, she answered our questions without hesitation and was very knowledgeable and thorough with her answers. She wasn't jabbering at us, she was truly listening to us. She talked to us like an old friend would, no talking down because we had limited knowledge of the Honda vehicles she was introducing us to. Julia is just a very genuine person. She answered all of our questions, went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and most importantly, did not pressure us on any aspect of the vehicle we decided to purchase. This is the fifth new car I have purchased in my life and I can say without hesitation that our experience with Julia was hands down the best of all of them. She is a true asset to your company.
