check engine light I brought my 2010 Accord in when the check engine light came on. The code that came up indicated a problem with a sensor, I was given a rental car to use, they quickly replaced it and had me back in my own car the same day. Unfortunately, the light came back on the next morning after having driven the car ~80 miles. I called Maurice and he said I could bring it in whenever was convenient for me, they would get me in that afternoon and have a rental car available so I didn't have to wait. The trouble appeared to be related to the first fix, just a little farther down the line in the system. The next morning, it was ready to pick up at my convenience. They had driven it ~20 miles to verify the light did not come back on, but unfortunately it did come on again when I was ~30 miles from the dealership. I called Maurice and he was very apologetic and offered to bring a car to me. As it was a holiday weekend and traffic was already getting crazy, I opted to wait and bring it back on Tuesday. I was at the dealership as soon as they opened, a rental car was waiting, and despite the ongoing issue, Maurice was very pleasant and helpful. I understand that there is a trouble shooting process, so do not feel the light coming back on is any reflection of the quality of service. I continue to be impressed at the consistency of courteous, friendly customer service I experience. More

Maintenance I have now been to the dealership twice for the routine oil changes. They are prompt when I pull into service with my vehicle.
