Dream Car!!!!! I laid it out for Chad pretty simple - so I thought :) I wanted a decent price and rate for my "mom" dream car. Chevy equinox, black and moonroof. This was a hard search as I spent months narrowing it down and finding some but either the wrong price dealership. Chad went above and beyond!! We had only chatted once or twice but he came across not only an awesome LTZ but a loaded one at that! It wasn't even on the website yet and he send me a video. I was in love. AND a fantastic price as well. No one had gotten me on the lot to even test drive after car shopping for 3+ months. After about 3 hours I left with my beautiful (loaded!!) 2011 Chevy Equinox LTZ. Did I say loaded? :) I love it, my husband loves it and my kids love it. Mission accomplished. Thank you again Chad!!!!!!!! We've already reccomended you to others. Found some damage after recall work. I found the people I dealt with for my recall work to be very helpful and courteous. When I cleaned out and washed my car recently I found scratches I found the people I dealt with for my recall work to be very helpful and courteous. When I cleaned out and washed my car recently I found scratches and small dents on the inside of my car door from the repair work that was done. I was not told that the repair would do damage to my vehicle. Iit isn't just one scratch and small dent, it is several. I guess I expect my car to be returned in the same condition or better than when I turned it in for service. this was not the case. More

Great staff and facility! Really helped me out a great deal! I am from Ohio and travel for a living with a traveling military memorial. I was in the area and had an issue with one of my tires on my 2011 Honda Ci I am from Ohio and travel for a living with a traveling military memorial. I was in the area and had an issue with one of my tires on my 2011 Honda Civic. I didn't feel comfortable driving the remaining 1,000 miles of my current trip with a bad tire so I called the kind folks at Luther Brookdale Honda. Within minutes I had an appointment confirmation and told that my bad tire was probably still covered under warranty. Upon arriving at a the service center, I was greeted promptly by Tyler. Before I knew it, I was sitting in the very comfortable waiting room while my tire was being replaced. Luckily my cost was minimal and I was able to get back to work soon after I arrived. I didn't have to wait until I got back to Ohio to visit my Honda dealership for repairs. Tyler was professional and kept me up to date on every step of the process. The kind folks at this facility really made my day by taking care of my problem, which allowed me to continue on my journey in a safe manner. Thank you! More
